All proposals, designs, and specifications provided remain the intellectual property of Vico Lifestyle until full payment is received. Quotations are valid for a limited period as stated, and timelines are indicative, subject to supplier availability and external conditions.
We strive to deliver work to the highest standards; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond our control. Clients are expected to review and approve all design concepts before production begins, as changes made afterwards may incur additional costs.
Returns & Refunds
As our projects are often bespoke and made to order, returns and cancellations are generally not possible once work has commenced. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange a suitable replacement or remedy at no extra cost to you.
If you have concerns about a delivered product, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Each case will be assessed individually, and we will always aim to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
