Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund — just let us know and send the item back within 14 days (return postage is at your cost). If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll repair, replace or refund it and cover the return cost. To start a return, fill in the form and we'll be in touch to arrange it.
